HOW IT WORKS
For intense juicy sparkle, apply gently patting product using the applicator’s flat side all over the lid.
- Layer more than one shade for more dimension
- For a high sparkle liner, use the side of the applicator to apply glitter at the upper lash line
- Apply powder shadow eye design and layer Twinkle Liquid Eye Shadow by tapping on areas where a brighter sparkle and glitter is desired
