Brush brow hairs into place with spoolie, then dip angled brush into POWmade Brow Pomadeor other browpowder or wax. Wipe brush tip to remove any excess. Grip the brush close to bristlesand stroke onto brows in short, light,upward motions. Blend with spoolie.
